Term And Condition

“Deposit Non-Refundable:

The deposit paid is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the client, failure to comply with the terms of this agreement. By making the deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.”**

“Deposit for Combo Package (Photo and Video):

For all combo packages, 50% of the deposit will be allocated to the photo services and 50% to the video services. Any cancellation or changes to the package will result in the deposit being affected and may not be refunded.”**

Changes:

In the event of any changes to the previously selected package, both the package and its pricing will be updated to reflect the current offerings and rates at the time of the change.”**

If you change your wedding date after booking and I’m still available, you can proceed with the change. However, if I’m booked on the new date, my top team will take over. If my team is also unavailable, I’ll do my best to find an external team to cover your event. Only if no external team is available will your deposit be forfeited.

Force Majeure – Death or Permanent Disability of Photographer/Videographer:

In the unfortunate event of my death or permanent disability that renders me unable to fulfill my duties, all bookings will be automatically cancelled. The deposit in such cases will be considered forfeited and cannot be claimed from my family, representatives, or team members. No further obligations shall be held against them.
